We are hiring systems engineers at all levels to support agile, mission-aligned development across the intelligence and defense space. These roles go beyond documentation. They are about real progress in complex environments. You will work with strategists, developers, UX experts, analysts, and mission stakeholders to shape systems from idea to impact.

Systems Engineer II
Mid-level engineers with experience guiding technical workflows, managing dependencies, and aligning solutions with mission needs.
Systems Engineer III
Senior engineers who lead teams, shape architectures, and deliver clarity at scale in complex environments.

What You’ll Do
You will guide systems through secure mission environments. You will create roadmaps and artifacts that evolve with delivery. You will collaborate with development teams to manage dependencies, integration, and outcomes. You will align systems to mission needs and help teams move with clarity and speed.

Experience leading or contributing to agile system or software development

Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, tailored to secure or mission-driven work

Ability to produce useful artifacts without overengineering

Experience working directly with developers, analysts, mission stakeholders, and testers

Comfort navigating the IC or defense environment
Bonus experience includes agile coaching, leading cross-functional teams, and guiding development from architecture through working software.
