You will build software that supports critical missions. You will develop applications, services, and systems that are intuitive, secure, and scalable. You will collaborate across teams to connect design, engineering, and mission needs. You will ensure delivery that is fast, reliable, and trusted.

What We Value

Strong skills in one or more modern programming languages
Experience with frameworks, libraries, and secure development practices
Ability to work across teams to deliver integrated solutions
Understanding of security, scalability, and performance in system design
Comfort working in agile environments within defense or intelligence missions

Bonus experience includes cloud-native development, DevSecOps pipelines, and working with AI/ML-enabled systems.
