Shadow Strategies recognizes the importance of work-life integration and trusts its employees to manage their time effectively. We offer unlimited leave, enabling team members to take the time they need for rest, relaxation, and personal matters while ensuring project continuity.

PARENTAL LEAVE

Shadow Strategies is committed to supporting new parents. We offer 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave to employees who give birth and 4 weeks to employees whose partners give birth. We understand that every family is unique, and we are happy to discuss customized leave arrangements for alternative family-building situations.

Comprehensive Healthcare

Shadow Strategies provides a fully paid CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield health insurance plan for employees, including dental and vision coverage. Employees may also elect to upgrade their coverage by selecting from three tiers of plans at a subsidized cost. For employees who choose to waive company-sponsored health insurance, Shadow Strategies offers a $3,000 annual stipend.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Shadow Strategies encourages long-term financial security for its employees. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan with John Hancock, featuring employer matching contributions of up to 4%. Employees are immediately vested in their 401(k) accounts.
