What You’ll Do

You will develop models, tools, and visualizations that serve analysts, operators, and decision-makers. You will connect technical methods with mission needs. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

What We Value

We value data scientists who combine technical rigor with practical impact.

Experience with data modeling, analysis, and visualization
Strong skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Ability to translate complex results into clear insights for mission stakeholders
Understanding of secure or mission-driven environments
Comfort working in agile, cross-disciplinary teams

Bonus experience includes AI/ML model development, cloud-based data systems, and designing solutions for large-scale or sensitive datasets.
